I want to book one of your packages. What happens next?

Here's a step-by-step run-down of exactly how it works when you sign up to work with Little Birdie:

STEP 1: Fill in our client briefing questionnaire, which you can download here, and return it to us via email at hello@littlebirdiecopy.com.

STEP 2: We’ll send you an invoice for your deposit. Once this is paid, your place is secured and we can begin making magic together!​

Note: If further discussion is required or you’d like to bounce ideas with us, you can email at any time. Or, if you’re more of a talker than a typer (which many of our clients are!) I’ll happily hook up over phone or Skype to make sure we’re both on the same page. Then…​

STEP 3: I’ll write all of the words. I’ll send your copy to you on an agreed date.​

STEP 4: You will have one round of changes where I will happily make any amendments you may fancy.​

STEP 5: I’ll hand this baby over to you to sit back with a margarita and watch your brand new copy work its magic on your behalf.

How long will it take?

This is dependent on a couple of things: a) the size and scope of your project and b) how long our wait list is at the time of booking.
At the very minimum, projects have a 14-day turnaround time from your kick-off date. 

How much do you charge?

Sales Page – $1200

Website (up to 5 pages of copy, excluding sales page) – $2700

EDMs – 5 email bundle: $1250; 2 emails per month: $500/month

Website Audit – $650

Instagram Audit – $650

Instagram Captions – 20 caption bundle: $800; 6 posts per week: $960/month

Brand + Content Strategy – $1600 

Press release – $400

Blog posts – from $350

What is the process for invoicing?

You will receive an invoice for 50% of the quoted fee once you've signed off on the brief. Once this is paid, we'll commence work on your project.

You will receive an invoice for the remaining 50% of your fee once the project is complete, and will be required to settle this account within 7 days.

What if the brief changes along the way?

If at any point additional work or amendments are requested (beyond what reasonably constitutes the included 'first round of changes'), or the brief changes in any other way, this will be communicated clearly between both parties and an updated quote delivered if applicable.

Do you offer a discount for not-for-profits?
